• Create an Investigation Paper in the Authority’s computerized system.
• Upload footage to the Authority’s computerized system and provide an initial assessment.
• Generate Notice of Traffic Offence, warning letters, advisory letters, and outcome letters in the Authority’s computerized system.
• Archive digital IPs in the Authority’s computerized system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management• : Verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders or invoices. Ensure all outgoing goods are properly packed for deliveries or self-collection.

• Warehouse Organization• : Maintain proper storage and organization of products to facilitate efficient picking and packing processes.

• Stock Control• : Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.

• Order Fulfillment• : Accurately pick products from inventory for allocation and shipment.

• Ad-Hoc Support• : Assist with additional tasks as required to support team operations.

Requirements:

• Positive Attitude• : Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.

• Independence• : Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Problem-Solving Skills• : Initiative to proactively solve issues as they arise.

Weekends: Respond within 8 hours

* Salary: Approximately SGD 1,000 per month, contract-based
