Job Responsibilities:

• Create appointments and respond to email and phone appointment queries within the stipulated timeframe
• Prepare request forms and retrieve films and documents for reporting purposes
• Follow up on cases requiring recall or further investigation, and preparing of patient discharge/assessment letters
• Update patient case information in record systems
• Facilitate storage (on/off-site) of hardcopy patient records/films in compliance with PDPA standards, with accurate indexing of patient records for retrieval and reference.
• Assist in raising of Purchase requisition (PR) for medical consumables and general supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with Radiographers and Radiologists to ensure smooth operations support
• Provide any other operational support

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma, with a minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative duties within a healthcare setting or customer
• service industry
• Meticulous and organized in processes and record-keeping
• Proficient in MS Office i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Good interpersonal skills inclusive of communication skills, service orientation to patients, and internal stakeholder management

We are a vertical farming company specialize in growing of edible flowers supplying to restaurants and hotels. We are looking for someone that is passionate about flowers as an assistant grower for the task below:

• Collaborate in daily cultivation tasks.
• Monitor for quality control in line with company standards.
• Preparation and maintenance of nutrient reservoirs and irrigation systems.
• Mixing of soil.
• Harvesting of flowers daily.
• Sorting of flowers for packing.

Able to work in a team, training will be provided. No experience required.
