Responsibilites

•  Consideration of planning to optimise the utilisation of full time auditors
•  Ensure that overall scheduling (recertification, surveillance, RFA and any special audits) is managed according to the scheduling KPIs

Job Description:

• Purchase Order – Review the PO and approve in the ERP system
• Receiving – Verify and approve in the ERP system
• Monitor and Report F&B Spending, COGS to outlet leaders
• Following up on the deliveries
• Sourcing – new or alternative products
• Price Comparison and price negotiation
• New Account opening for new supplier
• Data updating in ERP system – new code (SKU) creation, recipe updates
• Liaison with suppliers
• Coordinate with operations team
• Coordinate with finance department on various issues
• Work with retail buying team to conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for continuous improvement, monitoring and controlling cost
• Assisting on the month end stock take
• Updating the latest market list of suppliers
• Other ad hoc task as assigned by direct Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
• Systematic and process driven
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong supplier contacts within the industry would be a plus
• Self-discipline, detailed, attentive, willing to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision

The Assistant supervisors should relayinformation quickly, articulately, efficiently andthoroughly, so that employees are kept abreastof all relevant information and understandwhat's expected of them at all times.

To station full-time in office and carry out genearl adminstration works.

Scope of work:

a) successful candidate will be assigned to corppass with his/her Singpass.

b) to login to government website for general admin works,

examples: apply WP, S-pass, E-Pass, LTA notice for vehicle inspection, & etc

c) to monitor migrant workers welfare at work and dormitories,

examples: working hours (with Overtime), sick leave, annual leave

d) monitor workers' Workplace Health & Safety Course Certificate validity and enrol for new course

e) all other duties as and when required regarding smooth workflow in our company's contruction activities
