• Knowledge and experience in government procurement policies (IM, PSSCOC and all other relevant published standards) would be advantageous.
• Background in background in Building / Facilities Management, Civil/M&E Engineering, Construction Project Management or Quantity Surveying would be useful.
• Familiar with local Codes of Practices, statutory authorities requirements, and FM operational practices would be useful.
• Conversant in technical specifications writing.
• Basic computer skills such as Excel and PowerPoint etc. and able to read and interpret building and M&E drawings/plans.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with good time management and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with problem solving attitude.
• Able and willing to work occasionally after office hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Duties:

• Handle customers' enquiries/ feedback & provide information.
• Data entry, update report on sales return/ collection from individual shops daily.
• Prepare price tag & arrange delivery to all shops as & when required.
• To prepare online cake ordering documents for the Cake Department.
• Inform shops, update all customers' cake ordering records, contact customers if no wording is given and email invoices to customers after collection.
• To provide sales and operation support to all shops' requirements on sales materials, issuance of uniforms and aprons to new/ existing outlets' staffs.
• Coordinate and process sales orders received from Corporate Customers.
• Prepare and issue vouchers to customers.
• Periodical stock-taking and packing of uniforms/ etc. stored in warehouse.
• Sending pest control and drainage service reports to all Landlord.
• To handle purchasing of office stationeries/ name cards/ equipment as and when required.
• To upkeep filing and maintenance of records to facilitate references/ traceability.
• To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time when required.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft application (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Able to work on Saturdays when scheduled.
• Prior experience in similar field will be an added advantage.
