Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in a Relevant Discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Air Operations (Import & Export) is highly preferred
• Willingness to work at Changi Airfreight Cargo
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within and across the company
• Flexible and well-organized
• Positive attitude, strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Meticulous, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service

• Collaborate with senior management to align airfreight strategies with overall company objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day airfreight import and export operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Optimize processes to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate a small team of airfreight specialists.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their airfreight needs are met.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with airlines, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve airfreight performance.
• Monitor and report on E-AWB, FWB/FHL, and operational automation KPIs.
• Facilitate effective communication among air product teams, key accounts, and team members at various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and implement a robust pricing strategy.

Requirements:

• Posses good air freight knowledge in export/ import requirement
• Relevant experience in air freight leading a team of 4 to 6.
