• Supports the organisation's outreach events
• Manages the office's publicity and communication tools and platforms, including but not limited to the website, e-newsletters, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Blog and USPChat (WhatsApp)), printed collaterals etc
• Updates USP’s reports for internal and external communication purposes
• Advises on education abroad programme options, opportunities and requirements.
• Assists students with the study abroad application process, including advising on financial aid and scholarships, courses equivalency process, registration, transcripts, credits and other administrative tasks
• Processes applications, logistics and manage scholars placement in partner Universities
• Facilitates course matching process between scholars, home programmes and partner Universities
• Handles communications between departments, partner Universities and scholars
