The Role

To provide for the Rehab department's overall reception & cashiering duties.

Key accountabilities

• To provide recommendation, sales and rental homecare services.
• Perform all reception related duties such as answering phone calls, appointment scheduling etc.
• Handle all enquiries regarding the provision of homecare services.
• Liaise with patients & vendors regarding the sale and rental of equipment.
• Handle all cashiering related matters for the department.
• Handle all insurance related matters for the department.
• Manage outpatient records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum O level/ Certificate in WSQ Higher certificate in healthcare (Admin support).
• Preferably with prior work experience in healthcare setting.
• Positive attitude and good customer service skills.
