An exciting journey awaits as we open our flagship store in Singapore!We seek a dedicated & passionate Part Time Retail Sales Executive, a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
• Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy

Operations

• Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
  Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions
• Inventory replenishment
• Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand
• Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy
• Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors
• Other dutiesPerform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)

Requirements

• Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
• Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)

Job Description & Requirements

• To drive Hi-lift or van depending on operations requirements
• Check vehicles for serviceability and ensure cleanliness
• Perform loading/unloading duties at the Outbound/Inbound docks and at the aircraft
• Deliver last minute additional meals/items or other outstanding orders to departing flights
• Collect, load, check and hand over meals and catering items to crew for freighter/PACC/Cargo flights
• Any other duties assigned or instructed by the officer or supervisor

Requirements

• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Basic computer skills
• A valid Class 3 driving license. A class 4 license would be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift loads up to 25kg

This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Science Laboratory Assistant.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Geylang East.

Contract Period: from 1 January 2025 to 30 November 2025

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 1:30pm, not inclusive of lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

• Prepare Science teaching & learning resources based on:

1. Workbook requirements
2. Teaching needs e.g. pull out plant model display when the P3s are learning about plants to be showcased in the lab

• Maintain cleanliness of the two labs and the equipment
• Arrange for feeding of the fish in the aquaponics system (both indoor and outdoor), pond at eco-garden
• Stock-take of equipment at least twice a year
• Assist in the inventory taking when the external audit asset team comes by
• Assist teachers in the lab during lab sessions if required
• Assist teachers in innovative learning lab for Science-related activities whenever possible including setting up of projector to play video in canteen during recess time
• Assist teachers in preparation of activities for Environmental and Science club
• Look into the display and loaning of Science books to the students on an ad-hoc basis, either in lab or in the canteen
• Help to assist in recess activities during Science department events such as integrated learning week
• Help to assist during Science practical test days, will be required to work longer on some days in Term 2 to prepare and to assist during the days. (Up till 2:30pm, 2 – 3 days prior and after the practical test days)

Must be confident in handling live specimens e.g. changing and clean of live stick insect tanks / changing leaves stalks for live caterpillars.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Min GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level
• Have experience working in similar work environment (prior working experience in a school will be an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Help plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons that keep the kids engaged and excited to learn.
• Supervise the kids during play and activities, making sure they’re safe, happy, and learning through everything they do.
• Share updates with parents on their little one’s progress, and be there to answer any questions or concerns.
• Help maintain a tidy, welcoming classroom and assist with daily routines to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work alongside the team to make the classroom a positive, warm, and supportive space where kids can thrive.

Qualifications:

• Minimally a Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting.
• You’ve got excellent communication skills and love building connections with children, parents, and your colleagues.
• You know the basics of child development and have a passion for creating engaging learning environments.
