- Relevant Degree in Electrical Engineering, , Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related areas
- Strong hands on experience Preference will be given to those with prior robotics project experience such as:
1) SLAM;
2) ROS;
3) Sensor fusion;
4) Machine Learning;
5) Mobile platforms (eg: wheeled robots, legged robots); and
6) Manipulators

Job Scope:

· Leading a team to manage the day-to-day workplace services activities for the facility

· Be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients.

· Able to identify and propose changes to improve operational and/or experience.

· Resource Planning of the outsourced facility management team to ensure smooth operations.

· Assist & run tenders for engagement of service providers for Workplace services including and not limited to janitorial services, landscape, pest control, pantry management services, handyman, system security, electrical etc.

· Oversight of facility management as a program including cleaning, pantry management services etc.

· Work with client to formulate a strategy for Workplace services.

· Conduct monthly management meetings and weekly operations meetings with client.

· Advice and lead HSE compliance throughout the office space.

· Space planning and optimization

· Manage ticketing system (SOS), and response within SLAs.

· Review employee satisfaction surveys and report action plans.

· Collaborate with respective departments on daily operations and events.

· Prepare and manage the workplace services budget and ensure that all supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner.

· Support events held in the workplace and space set-up when required

· Any ad-hoc requirements that may be requested by Manager

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

· Minimum diploma in Facilities Management and/ or Hospitality.

· Have experience in facility management or hospitality (management experience in 5 stars hotels is a plus) with 2 – 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently for 3 companies
• Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
• Perform month-end closing
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
• Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
• GST preparation & submission
• Familiar with the use of AutoCount system
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Project Manager to join our research and development center in Singapore, focusing on the deployment, testing, and operation of autonomous driving vehicles for Singapore launched projects. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-notch engineers to explore cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies and translate them into commercial deployment and operations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Responsible for project deployment, planning, execution and timely communication with customers to ensure smooth delivery, safety and quality;

2. Responsible for communication with stakeholders including Land Transport Authority (LTA), site owners etc for any document preparation and submission, vehicle homologation and test permits application;

3. Responsible for scheduling and facilitating Autonomous Vehicle (AV) safety tests with LTA and its affiliated organizations;

4. Oversee the operation of autonomous vehicles in Singapore, collaborating closely with partners to ensure safe and smooth operations;

5. Assist in project deployment and operations related matters such as arranging vehicle maintenance, charging, towing, vehicle importation into Singapore etc;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, automation, vehicle engineering, or a related field;

2. Good knowledge of the autonomous driving system with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

3. Experience in autonomous driving, especially experience related to autonomous vehicle deployment and testing is highly preferred;

4. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, able to collaborate effectively across departments and teams;

5. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English, able to read and understand technical documents in English and participate in international technical exchanges and collaborations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Intern will be working for Finance / Compliance Division to conduct accounting daily service to our company. The work requires a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team are essential qualities.

l Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and analysis as needed.

l Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

l Assist with shipping agency duties.

l Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

l Support with internal control and risk assessment task.

l Support in ad hoc accounting tasks and special projects as assigned.

l Be present at and assist with company events.

QUALIFICATIONS

l Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

l Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.

l Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

l Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.

l Strong organizational and time management skills.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

OTHER INFORMATION

The internship is for both full-time and part-time.

A part-time intern must commit to at least 3 full work days a week. The minimum internship period is 3 months.
