1. Singaporean Citizen or PRs is preferred

2. Those who have many years of working experience in the post of administrative secretary or ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT or ADMINISTRATIVE in Singapore are preferred

3. Can handle CPF, taxation, MOM and other related administrative secretarial work and so on.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative duties
• Assisting in customer’s queries over phone and email
• Processing of daily customer orders
• Ensure all orders and deliveries are in orderly manner
• Liaise closely with operations department in resolving discrepancies/requests from customers
• Performing daily invoicing and delivery orders

Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience

Qualifications
• Secondary / Certification / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent

· Monitor and maintain daily accounting transactions including receivables, payments and claims, stocktake on merchandises

· Maintain proper and systematic filing and record keeping

· Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, banks reconciliation and monthly reports

· Assist in including cheques, payment voucher and online payment

· Monitor collections and issue receipts

· Perform general admin duties such as assist in handling customers at the front desk and incoming calls
