Job Description
Due to further expansion, we are looking for our 'engine oil' - one that helps to smooth processes out and creates harmony amongst our team in supporting our company in furthering the purpose of Access to Healthcare.
Audit phone and credit card bills
Support expense filing
Support Financial Controller on daily tasks
Manageement and administration of noncommercial contract / agreements
Data entry, contact list, business cards listing
Create documents based on requirements
Print documents, schedule for Group Executive Director’s signature
Access online portals and upload documents as necessary
Manage flight, accommodation booking according to requirements
Run local errands for Group Executive Director and Financial Controller
Flexi-location and hours can be arranged
Candidate Requirements
3 years’ Finance, Accounting, and/or Secretarial background
Adept at Project Management, and working with remote, multiracial teams
Comfortable with documentation, and traceability
Worked in Healthcare industry, a plus
Strong Sense of Integrity, and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail (due to the materials needed)
Singapore Citizen, or Permanent Resident
Conversational in Mandarin Chinese
Mature workers very welcome
