Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
• Attending to office visitors.
• Manage and refill office supplies when required.
• Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order.
• Booking Customers’ Purchase Orders and informing Finance for invoicing.
• Handle Internal Billing.
• Assist the Logistics team in the preparation of shipping documents, including sourcing and liaising with freight forwarders.
• Updating, monitoring, and generating reports.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Liaise with other departments and regional offices.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Information:

1. Working hours: 8am - 5pm
2. Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Administer and upkeep IT infrastructure, documentation, user accounts and SOP
• Provide IT functions to domestic/region offices for IT infrastructure, network, security, IP telephony as well as maintenance and update of users’ computer systems
• Technical support to staff/end users on PC hardware, software, applications and other IT requests
• Assist in conducting user training on systems, software applications and IT security
• Deploy and manage software applications, solutions and their enhancements to existing and new users
• Tracking of IT Assets/Equipment, purchase of IT related equipment and control IT related inventories
• Ensure security of data, network access and systems backup
• After office-hours support, in the event of service outages, system maintenance or implementation

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma preferably in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Well versed with networking infrastructure including: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IPsec
• Hand-on PC troubleshooting, LAN/WLAN, MS Office, Active Directory
