Job Description

• To conduct compliance check for functions involving Post-IA, Placement, Retention and offload checks to ensure that all procedures are complied
• To conduct historical data and compliance check
• To main and submit Quality Assurance Reports (Error Analysis/Action Plan/ICMS and CHI Syntax and etc)
• Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Involved in Committee Meetings with external partners, comfortable in taking minutes.
• To review established work procedures (workflow) with the aim to improve overall processes.
• Assist in system updating of clients records and registration.

Requirements

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor systems and infrastructure according to company SOPs;
• Assist in coordinating team testing for design development and implementation;
• Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools;
• Ensure optimal system and infrastructure availability;

Job Description & Requirements
