About the Role

The Portfolio Finance Manager plays a key role in finance related matters for PIDG and InfraCo companies in Asia, including its subsidiaries and joint ventures. The candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, in ensuring the completion and accuracy of financial reporting related to day-to-day operations and investment projects, and compliance with the local tax/audit regulatory requirements.

Accounting & Tax:

Oversight of Project Companies - Management & Financial Reporting:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Structuring of credit facilities in the loans system, perform limit implementation/maintenance and limit

monitoring functions

• Perform credit monitoring functions i.e. track & monitor covenants, credit review due dates, monitor

facility excesses and collateral shortfall, monitor collaterals expiry dates, litigation alerts and expiry

dates for insurances

• Perform loan static data maintenances

• Respond to Business Units’ requests and enquiries within a stipulated time-line

• Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage the Business Units on a regular basis to resolve BAU

issues, improve processes and cooperation between Credit Ops and the Business Units.

• Participate actively to move the team towards completion of goals i.e. develop a service-oriented

culture within the team

• Support Business Units in their digitalization initiatives &/or launch of new products

Process Digitalization or Automation/STP

• Participate in process digitalization or automation initiatives.

Productivity Improvement

• Ensure all SLA/TAT are being met.

• Ensure work is completed with speed and accuracy.

• Work together with Team Lead to ensure that audit rating is “Satisfactory” or better.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 5 years’ related experience in a Financial Institution with related experience in credit

administration and credit monitoring for all credit products.

Other skills required:

• Familiar with both commercial, corporate and retail banking products.

• Resourceful and a good team player.

• Conversant with related local regulatory requirements would be an added advantage.

• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Fund Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the firm's operations. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of investment operations, from managing relationships with service providers to handling daily trade processing and reconciliation. 1. Primary responsibilities

• To assist the Restaurant Manager to efficiently administer and organize the outlet as a profitable revenue generating centre.
• To assist the Restaurant Manager in the planning and executing of sales and promotions as well as marketing strategies and policies for the outlet.

2. Job Function

• To plan the requirements for bookings and promotions and to coordinate with all staff concerned to facilitate the smooth execution and operation of the events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in the management of a Chinese cuisine restaurant or in F&B service operations.
• Willing to work on spilt shifts, rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday
• Team player and possess good problem-solving skills
• Competent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written.
• Fluency in Cantonese will be an advantage as the successful candidate will be able to liaise with Cantonese speaking guests.
