ACMV Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall project management and schedule for ACMV projects.
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinator, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budget and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare monthly payment claims, variation orders, and extension requests for the main contractor.
• Handle subcontractors’ payment responses and variation claims.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress against the schedule.
• Analyse and prepare the overall project execution plan.
• Address site issues and propose contingency plans.
• Liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives.
• Plan resource allocation and forecast manpower needs.
• Ensure proper management and control of project documentation.
• Lead preparation and submission of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, materials, RFAs, RFIs, etc.
• Conduct regular site meetings and attend essential meetings.
• Manage and lead testing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
• Oversee handover of OMM documentation, training, as-built drawings, spare parts, and DLP programs.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in a related field.
• Preferably 10 years of design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, with a proven track record in the construction industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Risk Management

• Develop and maintain the Operational Risk Framework, including Third-Party Arrangements, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Operational Risk Policies.
• Plan, execute, and document BCM tests, ensuring follow-ups on findings.
• Conduct periodic reviews of third-party arrangements to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and enhance risk indicators, ensuring up-to-date call trees and regular reviews of key metrics.

Compliance

• Perform regular compliance reviews and gap analyses, addressing non-compliance issues promptly.
• Monitor regulatory changes, provide timely updates, and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Manage AML/CFT frameworks, including assessments and reporting.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility

• Understand the LAIO safety management system & framework and stay updated on all relevant regulations in the country of operations
• Develop OH&S procedures for the project and create project safety plan aligned to the overall project management plan; Seek approval from Project Manager at the same
• Conduct daily inspections of the construction sites, workplace, work tasks and documents to monitor adherence to OH&S guidelines; Coordinate with different teams on the site for implementation and monitoring of safety guidelines; Create Inspection Report to record findings; Escalate issues to project Manager; Take action to address issues/incidents
• Proactively identify and assess occupational health and safety risks associated with the project; Work with Project Manager and Construction Manager to create an action plan to mitigate risks
• Plan and attend monthly project meetings, safety meetings with various stakeholders; Provide inspection reports to the stakeholders in the meetings; Discuss findings and seek inputs on resolution of any identified OH&S issues
• Share regularly OH&S information, risks and procedures with project teams including the sub-contractor teams
• Conduct safety awareness programs and induction session for new workers
• Conduct training need analysis for construction workers; Seek guidance for supervisor to design training content and deliver training sessions for new joiners; Evaluate effectiveness of these programs
• Establish good working relationships and credibility with client representatives; Understand their needs at different phases of the project and update OH&S procedures on the project accordingly
• Establish strong working relationships with sub-contractors; Evaluate sub-contractors on a monthly basis for their OH&S performance and take suitable actions as required (eg. course correction, holding back safety incentives if need be, etc.)
• Work with Project Manager to respond to queries received from external stakeholders like the Labour Department or Auditors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ Specialist Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health
• 12 Years or more of post registration as WSH Manager (MOM) and practical experience

Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales
• Set up meetings with potential clients
• Conduct presentations on products and services to proposed solutions to clients leading to deal closure.
• Reporting of sales forcast and performance
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences or external events.
• Handle customer complaints or objections or feedbacks
• Work with pre-sales, delivery , support, partner alliance, and marketing team for improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales and leading a team.
• Experience in Government and/or Enterprise sector will be an added advantage.
• Technical hands-on experience in delivering IT services
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
