Responsibilities:

NIE is seeking to hire a Manager/Assistant Manager – Branding and Marketing Relations in the Public, International & Alumni Relations Department. This position oversees marketing, branding, and publicity for NIE to both internal and external stakeholders using various platforms. The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

1. Build and manage NIE’s brand identity and reputation

a. Enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of the NIE identity across all channels and touchpoints.

b. Continuously review and refinement of NIE brand management strategies to ensure that the brand remains relevant.

c. Produce marketing and publicity assets both above and below the line.

2. Manage the NIE corporate website as business lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to manage the commercial operations of the company’s business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory through direct sales and the agent’s and distributor’s sales force as well as to implement the strategy of the company.

• Act as the Leader on all SHE aspects in the terminal; provide SHE leadership and direction to the terminal
• Drive the implementation of the SHE plans and management systems within his department and the terminal

Requirements:

• At least 8 to 10 years of safety, health and environmental management experience with at least 3 years in a management position
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Safety, Health and Environment management
• Preferably with WSH Level C or above certification
• Have thorough understanding of Singapore safety regulations including WSH Acts, Regulations and Standards and regulatory process; the ability to research, analyze, interpret and implement HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
