Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analysing and overseeing the structural integrity of mechanical systems and components for our products. These include specialty vehicles, engines and shelters. This role demands a strong understanding of mechanical design, vehicle systems, and relevant automotive and/or military standards, with a focus on ensuring high performance, reliability, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and optimize mechanical designs for mechanical and automotive systems, focusing on efficiency, manufacturability, and sustainability.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical and software engineers, to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

· Utilize advanced CAD tools (such as SolidWorks) to create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings.

· Perform simulations and analysis to validate designs and ensure they meet performance and safety criteria.

· Create prototypes and conduct hands-on testing to gather data, evaluate performance, and refine designs.

· Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

· Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, test results, and compliance with industry regulations.

· Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into your work.

· Support manufacturing team with technical guidance to ensure smooth production processes and troubleshoot any design-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree or higher qualification is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) and familiarity with simulation tools (e.g. FEA, CFD).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design standards, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with automotive and/or military vehicle standards and protocols
• Familiarity with vehicle system design and testing procedures.

Roles and responsibilities:

· To do conceptual and detailed machine design with regard to mechanical aspects.

· To prepare solid models, layouts, views and bills of materials for assigned design machine assemblies and sub-assemblies.

· To prepare final design configurations, layouts, solid models and production/engineering data.

· To assist in preparation of machine documentation, specifications, manual.

· Able to perform assigned tasks independently or through team activities.

Job Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma or relevant in Mechanical Engineering.

· Preferably with working experience in designing automation systems , jig and fixture ,robotics and conveyor system.

· Proficiency with Solid Works is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to create concept designs for sales proposal and as well as detail design for confirmed projects;
• Ability in selecting the right components, design of fabrication items as well as working with vendors/sub-con for assigned projects;
• Responsible for planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time and also managing the projects’ budget;
• Exhibit a level of creativity and ingenuity, as well as problem solving skills, to provide reliable, cost-effective solutions to design issues and attend to customers’ enquiries;
• Working with respective project engineer and assembly team on project schedule management, budget management, as well as customer’s review/discussion.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in related process manufacturing

Supervise and lead workers to perform on site work for carpentry formworks and installation.

- Ensure all Timber Formwork Structural reinforcement and installation

-Able to work as a team leader and coordinate works for workers

-Able to communicate well with workers from China , Blangadesh , Myammar and bring them together working as a group
