Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 years of local experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction (Civil Engineering/Building) sector.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• PhD in Control Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Applied Mathematics;
• Strong publication records in top conferences or journals in AI, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Networking, Experiments, and system optimization;
• Experience in research control algorithm design and system optimization using performance control, machine learning, stochastic modelling, optimization, or algorithmic game theory;
• Experience in applying mathematical modelling and control algorithms to large-scale networks;
• Proficient in oral and written English; and
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
