Job Summary:

The Electrical Controls Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various electrical machines. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, control systems, and a deep understanding of machine operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machines control systems, with motion controller, robot, PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Program and configure control systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Source and select control components based on project specifications.
• Execute control system setup, including IO system configuration, servo and step drive setup, and axis tuning.
• Ensure the proper functioning and integration of control components.

• Design and realization of the chip floorplan, clock architecture and powerplan
• In charge of physical design tasks from netlist to GDSII (P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout)
• Lead analog designs during product development
• Physical design methodology of advanced process nodes and builds an automatic physical design platform

skills & experience required

• PhD / Master / Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Integrated Circuit / Microelectronics Engineering
• Min 2 years of hands on with digital backend ICs circuit design / physical design
• Well versed with synthesis, place & route, STA and design convergence
• Willing to work in a new start up entity in Singapore
• Proficient in tapeout experience at advanced technology will be a plus
• TCL,Perl,Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design
• Training given to candidate with no experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation and Project Management:
  • Oversee all digital infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead the deployment of the new Art Works X tokenization platform, focusing on seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Plan and execute the integration of different business units into Salesforce CRM, enhancing solutions for sales, client experience, and management.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to strengthen digital foundations supporting international expansion.
• Customer Success and Engagement:
  • Design and deliver processes to improve customer engagement and platform adoption.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor customer behavior, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a customer champion, aligning digital initiatives with customer needs and preferences.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
