THE ROLE:

The focus of this role is to plan, build, and execute the verification of new and existing features for AMD’s graphics processor IP, resulting in no bugs in the final design.

THE PERSON:

You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. • Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
• Knowledge in temporary works, ERSS will be an advantage.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.

The candidate is responsible for the preparation and submission of interior fit out / joinery product tenders including quantity takeoffs, pricing etc.

He/she must have the ability to work independently and under minimum supervision and capable of sourcing competitive materials costs.

Armed with experience in furniture or building/construction industry is an added advantage

Co-ordinate with Main Contractor / Consultants / Subcontractors on site

Conducts project site inspection on a regular basis

Report Progress claims and monitoring project activities

Monitoring daily process and progress at Project sites

Project planning, execute resource management and control

Job Description:

• Assist in architectural projects
• Develop designs through all stages from feasibility design, detailed design and preparation of tender drawings
• Support, prepare and co-ordinate AutoCAD/BIM drawings for submission to authorities, work out detailed drawings for tender and for construction
• Follow senior architects to site, assist in project meetings and assist in contract administration

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from a University recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore (BOA)
• Either fresh graduate, or up to 3 years of working experience after graduation
• Singaporeans or Singaporean PRs need apply
