Position Overview:

We are seeking drafting professionals with expertise in electrical circuit designs and 3D mechanical modelling using Microstation and AutoCAD. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in the Railway Signalling Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Signalling Design team to draft station, onboard, and trackside electrical and mechanical designs, including wiring diagrams, cable layouts, CAD drawings, and physical trackside hardware.
• Assist in designing interfaces for various equipment and third parties, such as platform screen doors, legacy signalling systems, emergency stop plungers, and signal lights.
• Perform production checks on drafted drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of signalling circuits.
• Proficiency in Bentley Microstation and AutoCAD drafting.
• Experience in drafting mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Ability to meticulously review and validate drawings produced for quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Railway Signalling Industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry-standard drafting practices and regulations.
