· Preferably minimum 3 to 10 years of design experience in Schematics & Layout design (including library design), Cable Assembly Design, and Design documentation.

· Preferably Proficient with MS Office Program, AutoCAD

Your Job

As a Product Design Engineer specializing in IO connectors, your primary focus will be on supporting the development and manufacturing of new products. This will involve collaborating with manufacturing teams to review and provide feedback on the feasibility and plant capability of new concepts. • Support of new Product Development and manufacturing for IO connectors.
• Review new concepts with manufacturing and provide feedback on feasibility and plant capability

• Provide alternative solutions to resolve gaps in achieving target specifications
• Manage activities related to FOT, FSV and DVP&R testing
• Support existing product already in production or launching.

• Create Product Modifications and series expansions to increase market share

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 3 years mechanical product design experience with electronic products
• Experienced with product development process
• Understanding of Tolerance analysis, DFMEA, FEA

• Design engineering structure according to technical requirements as defined by contract, class rules and specific standard within quality, time and cost given.

• Attend meeting and co-ordinate with client and other discipline and vendors for regular update of the project and clarifications
• Work closely with project Team and BDD for Tender works in preparing technical proposal for submission to client and to lead the technical discussion with client for Tender clarification
