We are looking for a motivated Architectural Qualified Resident Architects for a Full time Contract position with a contract duration of at least 14 months (February 2025 to March 2026).

You will be working closely with the client and builder (D&B project) on an architectural project located in the Northwest of Singapore.

Requirements:

1. The RA shall have minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in supervision works of building and construction.
2. The RA shall possess an Architectural degree recognize by the Professional Board of Architects (BOA) of Singapore.
3. The RA shall work with the QP(D) / QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from the construction of the Architectural works.
4. Familiar with local codes & regulations.

Expected candidate's duties and responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all architectural works on site are carried out according to approved drawings/specifications and conform to all authority standards/ requirements. Supervise architectural works.
2. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract.
3. Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples to ensure compliance with the design and specifications.
4. Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly reports.
5. Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.
6. Attend all meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings

Job Descriptions

• To ensure that the Engineering designs are in compliance with project specific requirements, and in-line with the Engineering Standard Practice, Company’s ISO procedures, national and international engineering norms, codes, and safety requirements.
• Generate block diagrams, bill of materials, functional design specifications, design calculation, wiring drawings, and all other documents and drawings as required by project and necessary to ensure equipment can be procured, integrated, tested, installed and handed over to the customer on schedule.
• Ensure equipment supplied for a specific project is technically compliant with relevant specification requirements, project technical standards, correctly configured and completed.
• Ensures equipment specified and designed can be successfully integrated with other equipment with which it has to interface to.
• Produces test procedure documentation appropriate to project commissioning.
• Provides technical support to system assembly and integration team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Projects & Retrofit Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Requirement

• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• MS Office
• Well versed and relevant design experience in at least one or more systems in telecommunication product

They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and basic computer skills. Artist managers must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.
