Guiding the organization’s activities

· Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives

· Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively

· Preparing and reviewing operational reports

· Leading and/or participating in meetings

· Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports

· Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals

· Hiring and training administrative staff

· Delegating tasks to administrative assistants

· Creating personnel folders for new hires

· Monitoring and projecting staffing needs

· Overseeing department budget planning and development

· Managing and maintaining all department databases

· Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed

· Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments

· Able to work with long hours, weekend and public holiday

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. provide design and creative solutions to the project assigned
2. present and sell creative solutions to Clients
3. provide presentation materials when necessary
4. support the Project Leader in the projects from beginning to the full completion of the project
5. monitor design intent progression on site
6. provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
7. mentor junior studio staffs
8. assist the Associate Creative Director in managing the interior designers’ schedule and deliverables
9. able to work with long hours, weekend and public holiday
