Roles & Responsibility
Agile Release Train Leadership:
• Partner Product management and Release train engineer to lead the design and implementation of Agile Release Trains, providing guidance on the structure, processes, and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define strategic architectural runway, align the ART strategy and roadmap with organizational objectives.
Architectural Design:
• Work with the respective development teams within ART to design and maintain the overall architecture of the Agile Release Train, considering scalability, flexibility, and integration points.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the architecture supports the Agile principles and practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of business value.
• Partner closely with cross teams within ART and beyond to build a simplified and yet connected system landscape which supports organization growth ambition.
Continuous Improvement:
• Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile Release Train, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
• Drive the adoption of Agile best practices and ensure teams are constantly learning and evolving.
Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the Agile Release Train, providing proactive solutions to potential challenges.
• Work closely with teams to address impediments and facilitate timely issue resolution.
Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile methodologies to inform and enhance the organization's practices.
• Provide guidance to development teams on how we can design systems’ integration and cross share of data within and outside of China borders.

Requirement
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect embracing Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience implementing them in large-scale organizations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SAP Deal to Settlement process
• Experienced Salesforce centric architectural design experience with Salesforce Lightnings and other Salesforce products

Job Requirements & Description

1. The R(A) shall have minimum eight (8) years of architectural experience with Degree in relevant field, and at least two (2) years of experience in design and five (5) years in construction supervision (full time role) for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

2. The R(A) shall be full time at site to provide standing supervision, from the commencement of CAT A Room Degree 1 finishes until CWW is obtained.

3. The R(A) shall be in the architectural discipline with architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.

Enhancement of train stopping position at Sengkang Town Centre (STC) LRT Station as described in the Employer’s Drawing including, but not limited to:

(i) Removal of affected half height barrier;

(ii) Design, supply and installation/modification of half height fixed barrier in accordance with new train stopping positions;

(iii) Removal and installation of tactile tiles;

(iv) Installation of removable queue posts

(v) Removal and installation of platform queue markings

(vi) Installation of down hang solid/louvre aluminium panel and its structural supports for rain protection.

(vii) Removal and provision of direction train signage’s;

(viii) Coordination with SWC for modification of train stopping positions including provision of concrete cable trough for cable diversion;

(ix) Support/mounting for Emergency Stop Plunger (ESP);

(x) Removal of Vitreous Enamel (VE) panel and provision of openable panel;

(xi) Protection of existing structure, finishes, existing installation for the duration of the Works.

Responsibilities:
