Job Scope: Designing & Copywriting (50%)

• Conceptualise and design impactful, on-brand graphic designs for email newsletters, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Packaging designs for new product launches
• Monitoring the performance of email campaigns monthly, analysing them to draw out consumer insights, and testing out various forms of graphics to optimise clicks and conversions
• Ensure that all brand touch points online and offline are in line with the overall creative direction

Photography, Post-editing & Content Creation (50%)

• Shoot and post-edit lifestyle and product images for marketing touchpoints, ensuring that photos are aligned with the brand visual identity, look, and feel
• Contribute valuable ideas, plan content calendar to enhance social presence and strengthen brand image for Style Degree
• You’ll also the opportunity to storyboard, film, and edit engaging short to long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) Turn your creative ideas into reality and have them eyeballed by over 100K

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience working in a design and marketing/content creation-related role. Experience with an e-commerce brand is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, a creative eye
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Intermediate competency in photography and videography, knows how to handle a DSLR, set up lighting and take creative shots
• Knows how to edit and colour grade proficiently in photos and videos
• Possess good copywriting skills

• Research, draft, propose, independent creative creator, and produce engaging/unique video content
• Involve in video production, video editing and post-production which includes the creation of video animations and digital artwork management

Must-haves…

• We are creative agency for some of the biggest entertainment, consumer and electronics companies in the world

• Create marketing materials from conceptualisation to design for print, large-format, eDMs, web banners, social media and video editing.

• Prepare final artwork and liaising with vendors, printers, etc.

• Reporting to the Creative Head, to work collaboratively with the in-house Account Servicing Manager as well as Client Marketing & Communications Department.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Visual Communication or equivalent.

• Experience in concept development, design and final artwork preparation

Minimum Job Requirements

A degree in Chemical Engineering Discipline with Minimum 10 years in Process Department of a consultancy organization. Candidate should possess knowledge in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work. Candidate should have experience of working for pharma projects. Candidate should have knowledge of following:

· Preparing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs).

· Candidate should be able to carry out hydraulic calculations.

· Candidate should be well versed with safety valve device sizing in line with API-520/521 or client approved standards.

· Candidate should be capable of generating equipment data sheets, IPDS and working on packages in close coordination with interdiscipline engineers.

· Candidate should be able to perform process calculations like heat & mass balance, utility summary and equipment sizing.

· Candidates should be able to carry out Capacity Mapping for Pharmaceutical Projects such Bio tech, OSD and API.

· Exposure of simulation software’s such as HYSYS, ASPEN, HTRI.

· Should possess knowledge of Area classification and man material flow concepts.

· Should be well aware of regulatory requirements of USFDA, MHRA and WHO etc.

· Should possess knowledge on equipment selection.

· Should be able to participate in PHA, HAZOP sessions and close PHA recommendations.

· Should be able to support Sales and Project Managers for any new prospectus and proposals.

· Should be able to guide young process engineers.

Measurement and Performance

Through regular contact with discipline and project personnel and by regular review of the project status reports, ensure up to-date and reliable statistical information on project performance.

Improve the productivity by means of reduction of rework and errors.

Responsibilities

Review technical requirements of client’s specifications and ensure that agreement is reached on the basis of design. Participate in discussions with the client, as necessary.

Monitor that work and progress are in compliance with the project requirements and schedule.

Maintain contact with other disciplines/groups to ensure:

- Project Manager and/or Engineer are aware of problems of progress delays.

- Proper interchange of information.

- Proper interchange of documents

- Interface is correctly defined.
