Enterprise Architect plays a critical role in designing and maintaining technology functioning in Income toward transforming digital experience, embedding Income’s financial services in the ecosystem, regional drive, and more sustainable operations.

He/she is responsible to facilitate collaborative solutioning, create and maintain technology blueprints / standards / guidelines / patterns for adoption, coordinating with other architects and stakeholders to oversee their effective implementations, ultimately ensuring effective technology implementation to achieve business strategy and priorities.

He/she needs to have knowledge and skills in system architecture and solutioning, technology delivery and operations, security, and relevant technological trends. He/she is expected to foster and maintain open and growth mindset, be adaptable, and strive for clarity and collaboration in dynamic and complex environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technology blueprint and roadmap to represent Income’s business and technology strategy, goals, and capabilities required by domain.
• Create and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, design patterns and reference models, keeping in line with industry and technology best practices and regulations.
• Review and guide solutioning for adherence to technology blueprint and roadmap, and for effective implementation of architecture objectives, including but not limited to fit-for-purpose of technology, effective and efficient integration of a solution into Income’s ecosystem, and managing complexity, risk, and costs for delivery and operations.
• Track and follow up for effective closure of design gaps and technical debts.
• Collaborate to contribute and maintain repository of systems’ design artefacts, including but not limited to, application components & services, data, integration, infrastructure, and deployment views.
• Collaborate and contribute to tactical design solutions, troubleshooting, and corrective measures to address systems’ gaps.
• Formulate improvements in systems’ design robustness, resiliency, flexibility, interoperability, and overall futureproofing of the architecture.
• Conduct research, curation, and sharing of relevant technological trends / thought leaderships.
• Create and maintain communication materials for stakeholders, technology forums, and community engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software and integration, solution architecture design, enterprise architecture and governance, and/or technology consulting.
• Strong proficiency and knowledge in architecture development, technology delivery and management, cyber security, and technology risk and compliance.
• Strong proficiency and knowledge in either or combination of the following areas:

1. Customer Centricity, User Journey & Experience Design,
2. Insurance & Investment Product Launch & Management,
3. Data Strategy, Data Management, & Data Protection,
4. DevSecOps, SRE, Technology Risk & Compliance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written, with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong adaptability, with growth mindset and ability to navigate and drive effective engagements and results in complex, uncertain, and ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related study.
• Certified in TOGAF / ITIL / COBIT / CISA or related trainings / programmes in solution architecture, emerging technologies, and technology governance.
• Having experience and good understanding of Financial / Insurance Industry and relevant regulatory requirements, such as MAS TRM Guidelines and LIA/GIA Guidelines, is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
• Carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities;

• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
• Able to read architectural and furniture drawings.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus

The Facade Design Manager oversees all fundamental parts of the design process. The Facade Design Manager ensures drawings and proposals comply with the client's requirements, as well as with statutory and other requirements.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Function as in house technical resource for project issues regarding architectural and engineering design.
2. Ensure that design drawings meet client requirements (shop drawings, cutting lists, production drawings, job order etc).
3. Liaise and coordinate with members from Projects, Contracts, and Production to ensure that projects proceed according to schedule and within budget.
4. Liaise and coordinate with external agencies - architects, QPs, PE, contractors, sub contractors, suppliers etc from inception to completion of project.
5. Manage design activities to ensure the drawings are completed and approved in time for fabrication.
6. Prepare materials takeoff and optimization.
7. Work with Procurement Department for materials procurement.
8. Check and ensure the quality of all drawings and designs.
9. Participate in the development of proposals, pricing and presentations for design work.
10. Manage and implement design schedule and forecasts
11. Assign design resources based on project type, complexity and timelines.
12. ensure proper record keeping and version control for all drawings, cutting lists etc in accordance with ISO procedure.
13. Manage, supervise and train members of the department.
