• Our Assistant Producer / Videographer at Learns will primarily be working within our video production and post-production teams. You will be involved in conceptualising ideas for some of our projects, coordinating with selected clients, involving in shoots, to liasing with our team of editors to deliver the final product.
• Note that only our production work is done on-site. All pre-production and post-production work will be done from home... no office work. Hurray!

What Responsibilities Will You Hold?

• Report to and work with the director, producer and other team members on day-to-day operations... Duh!
• Conceive ideas and storyboard video projects together with the producer and clients. Yes, we'll need your brains.
• Manage on-site production activities, including operations of camera, lights and sound equipment. In case you are curious, we use mainly Sony gear.
• Be involved in post-production line with our post-production team to deliver high quality products on time for our clients.
• And if you want, you can even be in front of our cameras to be the star that you always wanted.

What Qualities Should You Possess?

• First and foremost, you should already have basic knowledge of camera operations. We can train you to handle our gear, but you should at least know the fundamentals.
• You have to also be imaginative and creative in coming up with ideas for our clients' projects.
• You should be able to interact with clients, to sieve out requirements from them and manage their expectations during the deliver of their videos. We don't need you to be a sweet-talking salesperson, but at least you shouldn't be afraid to talk to people.
• You must want to continually improve, be spontaneous and take initiatives.
• You must be able to work as a team player in a small team to handle a few projects simultaneously. But when required, you have to be able to work independently as well.
• You should dislike working in offices and during office hours... yup, no typos here. But we expect you to contribute towards a 40 to 44-hour workweek though. And yes, we hate to work 60-hour weeks as much as you do.
• But you must be able to work during nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required, as there are no fixed office hours.
• At the end of the day, the most important things are your willingness to learn, be better in everything that you do a year from now, and want to contribute back to the team and the company.

What Academic Qualifications Must You Have?

• Well, we don't really care if you're graduating from a uni, a poly or an ITE. In fact, we don't really look at your grades. Learns Marketing is hoping to get you in with the attitude in wanting to work hard, learn continuously and grow together.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in daily service operations which include the taking of orders, table setting, billing and etc

• Provide recommendations appropriately

• Direct customers to their tables

• Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally

• Adhere to safety procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant

• Assist in cleaning duties

• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager

Job Description

• Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and experience in accurately recording financial transactions.
• Processing and verifying invoices, managing vendor relationships, and resolving invoicing discrepancies promptly.
• Manage customer invoices, monitor payments, and maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable.
• Bank reconciliation, ensuring they can identify and resolve discrepancies between the company's financial records and bank statements.
• Preparation of financial reports and analyzing financial statements for insights into the company's financial performance.

• Strong experience with integration technologies such as ESB, event streaming, ETL, MQ, API, etc
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, standards and best practices
• Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Kafka is a plus
• Financial technology background experience (Core banking, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, integration experience preferred) with strong development experience including past software development role as well as previous experience in the integration of vendor solutions
• At least 10 years of experience managing software development teams with excellent track record of delivery
