Job Duties:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Having knowlege on 3d rendering and video editting is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and creative person, experienced in Retail / Commercial / Corporate office design. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design or higher. The candidate should be able to arrange project design phase, begin with design proposal until project supervision. Having skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Preferably Executive specialized in Retail / Commercial Interior Design or equivalent.
• Must have a passion for design and strive for innovation
• Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
• Allocate and able to produce tender documentation and detail drawings
• Able to do presentation of design concept to client with confident
• Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ensure site complies with design specifications and building regulations
• Conduct client meetings and reporting of design progress together with Project Managers
• Able to multi-task and work as an individual or work as a team in dynamic and positive environment
• Work on own innovative to developing new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones

Skills & Experience

As an Senior/Creative Designer (Please let us know the role you are applying for, salary will commensurate with experience), you will be working together in a team to conceptualise and execute creative deliverables for any given project. Together with the suits, copywriters and programmers, you work to establish key objectives and unpack the brief. You will develop a sound concept across different marketing touchpoints (both physical and digital where required). In the absence of a clear definitive direction, your inspirations could also pave way for the others to bounce their ideas off.

From creative concepts, branding, social media marketing, ecommerce design to UI/UX, you’ve got to have a good grasp of their fundamentals and all things in between.

Job Scope

• Unpack and study creative briefs and understand requirements
• Concept development and conceptualisation of ideas for creative concepts, branding and marketing campaigns (including various ATL and BTL collaterals such as brochures, posters, standees, social media, web banners, eDMs, etc...) with rationales
• Develop brand strategies, identities and the various touchpoints
• Create creative designs that are on-brand, effective and aesthetically appealing
• Digital retouching and image editing
• Create website designs and their prototypes
• Lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communication Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Proven creative design experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in ideating concepts, storyboards, wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Have a keen eye for details
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate concept ideas, designs and rationales
• Strong team player and able to collaborate effectively with key team members
• Able to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
• Non-smoker preferred

This role is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment and who is able to collaborate effectively with team members both in the office and remotely. We work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays, and in the office on Tuesdays to Thursdays.
