Key Responsibilities :

• Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with inquiries and quotations
• Miscellaneous administrative sales projects as needed.
• Efficiently process orders and coordinate projects
• Responsible for inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that projects are managed promptly.
• Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation

Job requirement :

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with Photoshop and MS Office (MS Excel)
• Pleasant personality with strong written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational &multitasking skills, ability to work under deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.

Key duties & responsibilities

The Project Admin primarily offers support to ensure workplace efficiency. Assist the respective managers through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and daily routines. Familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and collaboration platforms, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

· Providing support for the General Manager/Director in daily administrative tasks.

· Respond and resolves administrative requests and inquiries (including but not limited to ordering stock, office or warehouse supplies and equipment, pantry items).

· Provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a range of tasks with the Human Resources Manager.

· Do quotations and send to clients in a timely manner.

· Responding to client’s enquiries in a timely manner.

· Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects.

· Involved in inventory management of company stock at company locations.

· Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels / Nitec. At least 1 year of experience in administrative role.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills with people of all levels.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• 5.5 working day

Must be able to work on weekends (both SAT & SUN)

• Educate children on basic art principles and techniques while encouraging creative expression and nurturing artistic abilities
• Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
• Create positive classroom environment that is conducive in learning, by interacting and engaging with children
• Foster and promote social development in the student by encouraging good behaviour and positive interaction with others
• Execute lesson plans according to in-house training standards and facilitate art teaching in a group setting

• Love to engage and able to communicate actively with children
• Must be cheerful, honest and willing to take initiative
• Training will be provided on the job
