Job Description:We are looking for a creative and driven Sales Interior Designer to deliver exceptional design solutions while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a knack for sales, and the ability to translate client needs into stunning design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget.
• Design Proposals: Develop and present customized design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations.
• Sales and Negotiation: Drive sales by effectively communicating design ideas and negotiating contracts to close deals.
• Project Management: Oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to ensure cohesive project execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in interior design, with a strong emphasis on sales and client management.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales and client relations.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and a solid understanding of design principles and trends.
• Education: O Level

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest design standards and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
• Design visually stunning and responsive user interfaces that adhere to design principles, branding guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Focus on enhancing user interactions and workflows, ensuring that the applications are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make iterative improvements to designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are feasible and align with project goals.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with mobile and web design guidelines and responsive design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.

i. Assist IT Department in software and hardware troubleshooting, related websites including design program and time to time update.

ii. Assist Corporate and Sales department in EDM and branding including designing and printing of branding material.

iii. Manage social network groups to database.

iv. Administrative tasks on preparation of reports, general filing and accurate record keeping

v. Assist the sales team whenever there are promotion and support needed

vi. Any other duties as may be required by the Head of Department and the Management

The role

You will have a front row seat in impacting women across the globe through our design. You will be responsible for managing the creation for all Love, Bonito’s collections, seeing the collections through from initial researching, sketching and tech packs to the finished product. You will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Love, Bonito as we develop our Design Department for internationalization and scale.Most importantly, you will have an unparalleled opportunity to disrupt the consumer and retail industry, and elevate Love, Bonito from top Singapore brand to a global women’s fast fashion empire.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role as you will need to be able to communicate effectively to our overseas suppliers where the bulk of our production and development is conducted. This includes sourcing for materials, explaining concepts and ideas, as well as negotiating design and cost constraints to problem solve together with our Chinese manufacturers.

Main responsibilities

Designing

• User-centric, thoughtful approach to gathering insights and solving for customer needs
• Understand the market, targeted customer personas, and good design principles through research, store visits and customer studies
• Create products that fulfill our brand mission of being modern, relatable, and of good quality & value
• A good eye for fashion, upcoming trends and spotting what resonates with consumers

Technical Development

• Produce technical drawings, with the ability to create detailed tech packs with accurate measurements
• Partner with other designers in creating seasonal color stories, initial fabric and trims selections
• Actively participate in fit sessions, working with live models and giving comments to suggest fit changes

Project Management

• Plan project timelines according to production and development days
• Track and monitor relevant product development calendars
• Maintain an organized archive of all tech packs and fit samples
  

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years industry experience in a Fashion Design / Technical Design role
• International, overseas experience is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• An impressive portfolio which demonstrates creative, thoughtful design through a variety of projects
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design
  

Responsibilities:

• Intergrate 3D models with data from IOT sensors
• Lead the design process for our clients across different platforms (iOS, Android and Web)
• Create and design graphic user interface elements
• Prepare and communicate 3D UI design to internal project and development team.
• Improve Web and Mobile applications' flow and usability
• Participate and work closely with associate creative director and development team.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Develop wireframe and prototyping (using a tool like InVision Studio, Figma, AdobeXD for example)

Requirements:

• Possess at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of industry tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite, InVision)
• Proven working experience in UI/UX job role or projects
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color and other design principles
• You must be adaptive, creative, user-centric mindset and attention to details
• Possess good attitude towards learning, improving, and taking up new challenges
