This is an onsite, full time position.

As an assistant playgroup playgroup teacher, you will:

• Support the lead teacher in:
• Conducting play and learning activities within the playgroup programme.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and appealing environment.
• Preparing play and learning activities.
• Observing and recording children’s learning and development.
• Assisting the participation of children who needs more attention and care.
• Helping children with daily routines.
• Guiding and promoting positive social interactions between children.
• Liasing with parents and the rest of the team.

Working hours:

Mon - Fri, 8am - 2pm (including lunch hour)

Requirements:

• Preferably a Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in ECCE
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in early childhood
