Basic Function

Responsible for the operations of the Banqueting Section for the Hotel. Liaises with the various senior staff of the Hotel on Banquet functions and coordinates with the client on special requirements for the Banquet functions. Supervises and organizes the Banqueting staff and ensure that all client requirements are met. Oversees all Banquet functions and follow-up on Banquet Sales leads.

Data Protection Compliance

Requirements:

Job Description

You will be part of the Client Relationship team, providing both Sales and Administration support including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Direct Corporate Clients OR Insurers Clients
• Key accountability is client retention and upselling /business growth
• Job Responsibilities includes:
• Receive and respond to Client/Insurers/Brokers enquiries
• Attend meetings (face to facec/e-meet) with clients OR insurer/broker depending on the channel
