• Nitec or certification in Dental Assisting or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and hygiene protocols.

To oversee the full maintenance functions of the hotel and its capital assets to ensure the consistency in meeting the department's objective.

To be responsible for the building, fixtures, facilities, equipment, machinery and project management in the event when alteration and amendment works are carried out in the hotel.

To be responsible for the overall effectiveness of Engineering Department.

• Prepare annual engineering maintenance budget and manage engineering maintenance costs within budget
• Managing the facilities requirements for Company facilities
• Control designated site facilities budget
• Oversee operations across multiple facilities
• Oversee facilities and general maintenance services
• Repair and maintenance of facilities
• Fall under facilities or engineering
• Support facilities management and facilities engineer on repairs and renovation projects
• Recommend the facilities capital improvement budgets
• Assist in facilities safety measures
• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities
• Hold overall responsibility for facilities operations
• Building the portfolio facilities team
• Manage day to day facilities and building systems maintenance
