• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
• Able work in a high volume and fast-paced environment

The candidate should have the following attributes:

1. Basic bookkeeping knowledge. Scored A or B for Accounts in LCCI, ACCA or Poly

2. Language skills: Able to communicate with native clients from China

3. Able to use Google sheets, Google docs, Microsoft Office

Candidate would have to take a basic bookkeeping test before the interview. Scoring above 75% for the bookkeeping test will be a requirement.

Job description:

1. Record the daily jobs submitted by clients

2. Answering the phone

3. Assist the company accountants in their work

4. Simple administrative tasks

The Services required are set out as follows:

a) Assist in the daily operations of the assigned science laboratories, science gardens, aquaponics, hydroponics and pond.

b) Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the science laboratories and Science Areas.

c) Responsible for the cleanliness of the Recycling Corner.

d) Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment and teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities.

e) Assist in stock taking exercise and maintenance of equipment.

f) Typing of worksheets and notes.

g) Supporting and assisting in departmental events, activities and programmes.

h) Any other duties assigned by the School.

Experience working in School's Science lab

To be able to do gardening

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 1:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

• Fridays: 7:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
