Job Description:
• Process AP invoices and payments

• Prepare monthly and year-end closing independently.
• Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule.
• Prepares monthly GST reconciliation and submission of quarter GST return.
• Prepares documents and materials for auditing & tax purposes.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external parties for related matters.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Function as the Senior Project Manager in delivering professional PM services for large scale projects in the CRE and/or DC sector.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

• Act as a Project Lead in the project to liaise with all levels of stakeholders (Client, Consultants, Contractor, Authorities and end-users) on project related matter.
• Lead site team in project and manage the project managers involved in project.
• Chair meetings with key stakeholders involved i.e. Key Personnel Meeting, Project Control Meeting, EOT meetings and other ad hoc meetings called by the Client.
• To attend as necessary the Site Progress Meeting, Technical Meetings and Design and Coordination Meetings; and to keep the meeting minutes of these meetings.
• To monitor and review the project master schedule and advise the Client on the impact of any delay events.
• Monitor project cash flow projections, ensuring payments are processed promptly and recommended to the Client for payment on time.
• Manage the review of variations with Consultants and Client.
• Project administration and liaison with client on project implementation
• Manage consultants and ensure deliverables based on agreed program and completion dates.
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Facilitates the handing over process of the completed project to the relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the defects reporting and rectification process during Defects Liability Period.
• In collaboration with other consultants, to manage the process of variation certification and closure.
• Prepare the Monthly PM report to the Client.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals, construction sequencing and handing over process.
• Relevant working experience in the built environment sector and proven management abilities
• Effective communication skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to lead a site team.
• Have undertaken a PM role associated with healthcare or equivalent.
• Familiar with building contracts such as SIA, REDAS.

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Project Management, Building / Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil & Structural or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the built-environment industry handling new projects, CRE/DC projects with major A&A scope or large projects either fit out or new build or both.
• Minimum 1 Project Management related qualifications - [PMP, SPM, RICS, PRINCE2]
