Responsibilities for Data entry assistant

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
• support in adhoc admin duties
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
• Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
• Receive invoices and review for accuracy

Qualifications for Data entry Assistant

• High school diploma or general education.
• 1-2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Any additional certifications

Job Description

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the teams responsible for facilities, technical aspects and housekeeping.
• Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding areas in accordance with the guidelines established by the authority.
• Establish and maintain high-quality service and safety standards.
• Prepare tender documents for renovation and A&A projects.
• Forecast operational and capital budgets, track and monitor expenses within the approved budgets.
• Manage the appointed contractors and review/renew service contracts.
• Organise fire drills, be responsible for fire safety measures, form/maintain a fire safety committee. Coordinate with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on fire safety matters.
• Comply with Workplace Health and Safety Act and provide advice on Health & Safety matters to stakeholders.
• Carry out facilities maintenance works with least disruption to club operations through appropriate planning, follow-up action and compliance with safety requirements.

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in engineering/facilities/relevant field of studies with 10 years relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders
• Possess strong leadership qualities, planning and project management skills.
