Responsibilities:

• Primary interface with suppliers (of the assigned Categories) for relationship management, establishment of business framework, performance development and overall business review
• Monitors industry information and trends, and supplier risk profiles, to devise long term supplier engagement strategies for the Categories
• Source and identify new business partners to meet the changing requirement of the organization
• Develop strategies to continuously maximize cost savings for the organization while maintaining good quality and consistent supply
• Understand long term requirements of the company and engage in strategic planning and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver key performance indices
• Organize and lead in Business reviews and Category Review Meetings
• Plan and execute negotiations for tenders, contracts and strategic partnerships, ensuring the organization receives the best value
• Innovate within the procurement space, automating and/or improving tools or processes to better support the Procurement Lifecycle
• Communicates with leadership (at all levels including corporate) regarding matters of importance within both the functional and business areas

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
• Management experience and/or five years of Category Management experience required
• Working experience in subcontractor manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge in logistics supply chain systems and dynamics
• Able to work under pressure and independently or with a cross functional team
• Innovative, analytical, solution-oriented mindset with problem solving and strategic thinking skills in order to evaluate and provide actionable insights
• Highly effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities:

- Support key seasonal campaigns via planning and execution of marketing strategies, including paid media, events, and promotions that will give outlets the opportunity to maximize sales.

- Digital marketing, customer acquisition, and social media content development

- Lead branding and marketing strategy development and implementation for a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands.

- Take the lead on communication/negotiation with department store personnel and in-store marketing by leveraging department store resources.

- Promotion Planning: Know what promotion works and be able to plan for a full-year calendar of eCommerce and retail shop events and activities to enhance the shopper experience and achieve sales targets.

- Active in sourcing for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.

- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.

- Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed.

Job Description:

1. Effective co-ordination and communication with project teams for work execution to achieve the operational excellence and company goals.
2. Lead, motivate and drive his or her subordinates to complete the works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality.
3. Co-ordinate with Sales in Charge on the work scope and taking over the reins of awarded project.
4. Work closely with QS for project budget preparation, subcontractor award and seek management approval.
5. Advise in matters such as construction method, planning of different schedules and master procurement list etc.
6. Engage client and project teams about project schedule/execution plan / method of construction / installation method.
7. Work closely with supervisor or safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied.
8. Provide an oversight to the material procurement status and logistic arrangement at site.
9. Provide support to the project teams in driving the schedule and managing the disputes with subcontractor.
10. To provide Tender/Sales support upon request.
11. To provide architecture and engineering support if required.
12. To lead the team to perform final account with client and consultant.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Project Management

2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction

3. Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset

Miiv Flora is a 10 year old flower establishment. We are expanding and looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and passionate shop assistant to join the Miiv Flora team at our retail shop front.

In this role, you will be responsible for running the operation of the retail shop, assisting customers with their floral needs and for driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with their floral selections. Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs and preferences while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Actively promote and sell a variety of flowers, plants, and related products. Upsell and cross-sell items to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
• Product Maintenance: Monitor the freshness and quality of flowers and plants by adhering to proper handling and storage procedures. Regularly water and care for plants to maintain their health.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep the shop front clean, organized, and visually appealing. Restock shelves and displays as necessary, and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash and credit card payments with precision.
• Customer Orders: Process special orders and requests efficiently, including preparing and delivering arrangements when needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth shop operations and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Self starter with positive and willing to learn attitude
• Experience: Prior experience in floral design or retail is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in English and Mother Tongue is preferred. Basic computing knowledge is preferred. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move flower arrangements, and handle various floral products with care.
• Availability: Able to commit to early morning shift. Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Core Function:

The Executive, HR and Administration will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource (HR) functions ranging from but not limited to sourcing, recruitment, managing the HR Management System (HRMS), training, payroll, benefits and off-boarding; and general office administration.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Manage and take charge of the HRMS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality and timely troubleshooting and coordination with the IT vendor

2. Source, recruit and on-board new hires, maintaining engagement with them throughout their career with SUN-DAC.

3. Maintain and track employees’ records and prepare timely, accurate reports for Management’s decision-making.

4. Process monthly payroll including statutory submissions, eg. CPF and IRAS submissions.

5. Administer training, performance management, grievances and staff disciplinary cases.

6. Administer and assist with employee’s queries on compensation and benefits

7. Co-ordinate off-boarding process

8. Assist with any tasks that may be assigned by Management

Education:

Experience:

HR duties

· Assist in the recruiting process including job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews.

· Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.

· Maintain and upkeep of HR database accurately, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.

· Manage WP, SP, EP matters - application, renewal, cancellation, monitoring quota details, expiry dates.

· Process payrolls include CPF submission, reporting employee earnings (AIS) in accurate and timely manner.

· Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.

· Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.

2. Administrative duties

· Manage the office and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

· Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies eg. Stationery

· Liaise with partners, vendors and suppliers through emails and phone calls.

· Handle the incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

· Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims.

· Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.
