• Maintain neat and organized documents
• Handle day-to-day administrative work
• Generate Statement of Accounts for customers
• Perform general accounting duties
• Preparation of relevant supporting documents and schedule for tax, audit and statutory reporting
• Assist in quarterly GST reporting
• Adhoc accounting/administrative/procurement tasks as assigned by manager to support the corporate function.
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented, authorised and recorded.
• Filing and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy/Business or related discipline
• 1-3 years related working experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Having experience in using Google Workspace and Xero accounting system
• Meticulous and has good attention to details
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
