Position Overview

Primary responsible to provide support to International Freight Forwarding (IFF) on regional Implementations and related IT Solutions, in line with Global and Regional Strategic Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Process Management (BPM) and International Freight Forwarding (IFF) teams for any Process/Solution discussions related to IFF areas.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer, Business, or a related area or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience in handling IT related Solutions with at least 3 years supporting IFF Solutions on a regional basis.
• Business driven with a broad understanding of IT Solutions, IT infrastructure and IT Security areas.
• Knowledge of CARGOWISE Solution is preferred.
• Familiar with Operational Process requirements for IFF areas
• Able to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders (local team, Regional Headquarters and Global Headquarters) as well as with Japanese speaking customers for discussions and alignment on solutions, effective communications and rapport building.
