- Manage and oversee the daily operations of teams
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure the efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors to obtain competitive bids, identify and propose rectification, upgrading and enhancement work for clients, negotiate contracts, and oversee work performed on-site.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all corporate HSEQ requirements and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and propose to client(s) for improvement.
- Tracking of P&L for the sites under his/her portfolio, work with BD team to prepare for tender submission
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies, incidents, and service requests to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and security of occupants.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, HR, and finance, to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in facilities management to continuously improve processes and performance.
You are:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities management, operations management, or related field, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to facilities management.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
