• Manages technology incidents impacting group businesses
• Work with relevant business & technology group/units to comply with the Incident and Problem Management processes and procedures, to facilitate and improve incident recognition, logging, assignment, tracking, status notification, escalation, documentation, and management reporting in full compliance.
• Standards on Incident and Problem Management functions
• End to end ownership of the Major Incident with the aim to minimize the time to restore the services.
• Establishing strong command and control of an Incident, establishing clear accountability and precise evaluation of complex issue scenarios

Skills/Requirement

This will be a 6-months direct contract position with high likelihood of renewal for another 6-months as well as possibility of conversion to permanent.

Scope of Work

• Establish and define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Manage external vendors
• Oversee project execution
• Project progress monitoring and tracking
• Responsible for project documentation including status reports, risk assessments and change requests

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in IT project management and business analysis
• Diploma or Equivalent in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or Jira
• Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) and able to write basic SQL queries
• Fundamental data analysis skills including spreadsheets and data visualization tools for assessing project metrics and making data-driven decisions’
• Good understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices
• Strong experience in defining and documenting business and technical requirements for IT projects
• Working knowledge of quality assurance and testing principles, including formulating and executing test plans
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address technical glitches that may arise during the project.
