In this role, you will be required to partake in the conceptualisation, planning and management of the company's social media assets. This will include design, scripting, assisting in on ground shoots to post production of reels that aim to promote, engage and drive new traffic. Looking into post insights and analysing statistics is also crucial for the team's regular reviews. Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Chemical.
• Preferred to have experience in Formulation, Process, HPLC, UV, IR, Dissolution tester, but not compulsory.

• Handling accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Handling general Accounting Tasks
• Administering payroll & maintaining employee records
• Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation
• Workers dormitory arrangement.
• Coordinate with training & Development.
• Administer leave / MC records.
• Monthly CPF submission.
• Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
• Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
• Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
• Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
• Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.
