Location: Tiong Bahru
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 900am-600pm
Basic Salary: $3000-$3500

The CEO is a Local Female and it is a replacement role, need handover.

Job Description:
•Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments and engagements.
•Coordinate both internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics for onsite or virtual gatherings.
•Screen calls professionally, take accurate messages, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
•Arrange and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visa processing and accommodations, for business and personal trips.
•Any other duties as assigned by the CEO to support organizational goals and priorities.

Requirement:
Minimum Diploma Graduate in any discipline with 1 year of experience in assisting HOD/CEO

Job Description

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Assist Chef to prepare the orders
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as kitchen assistant
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers etc)
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Culinary school diploma preferred, food hygiene certfication etc
