Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a corporate HR environment.
• Thorough understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant laws and regulations.

Job Description:
•To ensure that guests have paid their green fees and that the necessary tags are properly displayed.
•To announce the names of golfers and to ensure that they tee-off on time.
•To marshal the golf course and speed up slow play.
•To ensure that golfers and caddies rake bunkers, replace divots and repair ball marks made by golfers.
•To report to the Golf Executive/Golf Manager of any infringement of local rules and bye-laws by golfers.

The Assistant Store manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, optimising sales and maintaining inventory levels. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for implementing company policies & procedures, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive work environment. When the need arises, the Assistant Store Manager should be able to step up and manage the team and the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Identify & handle customer enquiries & feedback promptly

Community / VIP customers

• Fostering a deep sense of belonging in our Ksisters' community
• Manages offline community building with cross-functional teams

Operations

• Oversee daily store operations & assist in supervising a team of retail associates

• Ensure retail associates are well-groomed & presentable at all times during working hours
• Manage store inventory & promptly alert management of concerning stock levels

Sales

• Able to manage, drive & achieve KPI(s)

Leadership

• 3-5 years of experience in retail as a retail manager (Beauty retail is a plus!)
