Purpose and Scope:

Job scope:

• Ensure the scrap, production yield and cycle time reduction targets are met
• Leads project for process and cycle time improvement
• Lead process related issues by pro-actively working with Quality

• Computer skills, including SAP, Agile, Office, etc

The Program Management Senior Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. In this role, you’re expected to:

•  Support the Lending Transformation Program Target Operating Model project to design and implement the multi-year global loan operations target state, covering people, process and integrating technology
• Support the broader Lending Transformation Program, including implementing the interim control model working with Global Loan Operations and Transaction Management
• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of LTP Target Operating Model workstream(s) activities
• Identifies stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships.
• Directs the creation of multiple programs of work and manage their alignment to business goals.
• Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.
• Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work.
