Job Overview

As App Marketing expert, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention to ensure the success and growth of client’s eCommerce app in the region. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to navigate the dynamic landscape of mobile app marketing.

Core Responsibilities:

• App Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to drive app downloads, user acquisition, and revenue growth.

Job specific Knowledge & Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Google Firebase, Branch, Kochava etc.
• Proven experience in mobile app marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Prior experience of running app re-targeting campaigns with strong familiarity with mobile app attribution, app user journey & app-events for App conversions tracking.
• Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with deep understanding of ad platforms (including but not limited to Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, DV360, Google Display Ads) and activation expertise in above platforms.
• Knowledge of app campaign set up on social media platforms, including campaign creation, targeting options, budget optimization, and performance analysis.

• Responsible for the effective operation of the Mechem Sample and OPS Management group.  Plans, schedules, and organizes necessary resources to ensure appropriate effectiveness of sample/sample kit logistical challenge in but not limited to: receiving, sample entry, and client service representation.  Implements department policies to maintain facilities and equipment.
• Schedules logistic and/or sampling team, assign and optimize resources, identifies needed resources and coordinates the appropriate acquisition of facilities resources as applicable.

• Experience from healthcare facility such as hospital is preferable.
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Possess strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviors

Job Functions & Principal Duties

• Facilitates communication between Production, Operations and Creative during the development and implementation of all assigned projects
• Responsible for installation and maintenance of Show Control systems.
• Maintains project liaison status to communicate scheduling of timelines, guest impact, site visits, and additional department project involvement
• Manages the Production teams and vendors in the upgrade of existing shows and attractions
• Manages new installations and renovations of entertainment related scenic or technological elements in exhibitions, shows and attractions
• Develops install, implementation, and strike schedules for combined in-house and contracted services with deadline accountability
• Maintains a flow of purchasing by monitoring issuances of purchase orders, collection of vendor clearance paperwork and proper invoicing
• Provides a high level of professional expertise in the areas of technical stagecraft, theatrical rigging, special effects, lighting, scenery, props, and technical design
• Collaborates with the Creative Department during the creation, design and installation of shows and events
• Ensures that our operation is compliant with corporate safety industry standards as well as federal, state and or local statutes related to safety and the environment
• Assists with scope development, budget creation, bid process, vendor selection, equipment purchase, and installation supervision
• Designs review of lighting, audio, video, special effects, safety rigging and show control systems
