As Omni-Commerce Program Manager, you are responsible to manage all project communication for the Region Overseas, ensuring successful implementation of the Closure of the Deal dashboard, eCommerce and OneFrontend.

Overall Key Responsibilities:

• Drive application rollouts and operations, including lifecycle management, support, and rollout management.

1. Team and Program Management

• Facilitate the application implementation and provide recommendations to leadership based on the business targets.
• Act as project manager to assist with all phases of development from design to implementation to ensure successful delivery on promises.

• Develop communication plan to ensure strong connection and collaboration between Markets, MxD, HQ, RCOC, BU teams.
• Leading lifecycle managers, agile facilitators, integration managers and testors and be responsible for any manager/administrator tasks, resolving conflicts, motivating the team, feedback, and personal development plans.
• Work closely with MxD team to complete rollouts with given targets including Scope, Timeline, Capacities.

2. Demand and Scope Management

• Help team to clarify requirements
• Joining both PI meetings in Singapore RCOC and Germany MxD.
• Synergize requirements with the business and product owners
• Identify gaps and localizations

3. Business Analysis and Business Consulting

• Perform consulting according to certain level if needed
• Involve in rollouts as a program & rollout manager if required
• Regular contact with vendors to obtain information on new enhancements or system upgrades to maintain competence level
• Continuous testing on system to explore the capabilities as well as challenge the logic of program
• Keep abreast on developments made to other applications which are integrated
• Share market practice and experience, and lessons learned
• Manage business consulting in know-how

4. Govern Vendor Design and Measure Vendor Deliverables

• Manage any vendors in terms of development/enhancement/delivery quality and facilitating vendor delivery process in quality
• Manage regional piloting with system integration testing, user acceptance testing/integration testing and regional piloting go-live
• Ensure good quality documentation of solution and release for rollout

5. Integration Expert and Management

• Make sure rollout process and business processes are followed by the team
• Identify and define integrations among global and/or regional systems
• Identify and define potential interfaces

6. Maintain Regular Contact with HQ

• Receive guidance concerning strategic Mercedes-Benz digital solutions
• Provide market requirements and prevailing conditions for the development of future process and applications strategies
• Align HQ existing solutions for adoption and adaptation
• Jointly plan with HQ on future development requirement as global solutions with input from overseas markets
• Govern and steer the markets in IT digital solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Agile Scrum master and/or Product Owner knowledge/training is a big advantage.
• Vocational training in business process and systems relevant integrations in both eCommerce & Retailer of the Future programs.
• Relevant Education in business management, business consulting skills/technique and/ or IT Management.
• Certificate in SCALE agile framework is preferable.
• Bachelors or master degree holder in business management, information technology, or Engineering.
• 10 Years automotive experience with strong IT system integration and digital technologies e.g. web and app.
• Project and Rollout Management experience on Daimler Digital products, especially on e-commerce, Retailer of the Future applications.
• Understanding of and commitment to IT as wholesale and retail concerning digital solutions and technologies.
• Experience with Atlasian Tool chain (Jira, Confluence, etc).
• Experience with Agile Project, and all kinds of Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, etc).

Job Requirement
