Administrative Functions

• Liaising with clients
• Attending Meetings on site
• Co-ordinating between administrative and site operations
• Renewing work permits for foreign employees of company
• Liaising with vendors for procurement and maintenance of machinery / office equipment / insurance policies, etc.
• Facilitating the renewal and / or application of company certification
• Facilitating stock checks of company’s inventory
• Preparing payment claims and invoices to clients
• Assisting the management to enact contingency plans in event of emergencies (e.g., Covid - 19)
• Liaising with government official for compliance
• Any other matters that may be referred to you.
