Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the detection, anticipation and awareness of the customers' needs and market trends, brand's collection and competitors affecting its area or region

Job Description

· Responsible for full set of accounts for the company.

· Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.

· Handle intercompany billings.

· Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

· Input and process daily bank transactions.

· Handle petty cash claims.

· Review and input staff claims.

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany confirmations.

· Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

· Prepare GST submission.

· Prepare required schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.

· Liaise with auditors and respond to queries.

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Assist in the preparation of Group Consolidation reports.

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy/Finance

· At least 7 - 8 years of full sets of accounts experience

· Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

· Experience in Marines industry

· Manage a small project/a phase of a large project from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget

· Develop/establish a project plan or implement an established project plan.

· Estimate costs, resources and time required to complete the assigned phase of a project and monitor activities, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure that targets are met.

· Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

· Identify, resolve or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.

This will be a temporary assignment which lasts 6 months.
